Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Participants use digital screens for over 4 hours daily. 2) They experience digital eye strain symptoms = 5 days/week. 3) Participants must consent to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Exclusion of individuals with diagnosed chronic ocular conditions or recent eye surgery. 2) Pregnant or breastfeeding women are excluded due to hormonal variations. 3) Participants using medication affecting vision within 3 months are excluded. 4) Exclusion of individuals with conditions affecting ocular health or adherence.
