Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All biliary tract carcinomas, benign biliary diseases with high risk features for biliary carcinomas, symptomatic Gallstone disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Negative consent Inability to collect adequate bile sample.
