Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 44yrs – 64yrs Both sexes and socioeconomic class. Patient having sign and symptoms of karnabadhirya mentioned in the classic and modern text having hearing loss between 25 dB to 60 dB on Pure Tone Audiometry scale will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Congenital hearing loss. Conductive and mixed deafness. Patients suffering from systemic disease DM, HTN. Below age of 44 yrs and above 64 yrs.
