Intervention1: childbirth education classes: Two thirty-to-forty-minute childbirth education classes, tailored to the convenience of the participants, will be held in a hospital setting, the contents

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Parous pregnant women having fear after childbirth are eligible to take part 2. Those who belong to the lower middle, upper lower, and lower class in the modified kuppuswamy scale i.e. score between 5 and 1 3. A willingness to take part in the research 4. Those who had a traumatic birth experience 5. Parous pregnant women who are in their second or third trimester

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women not willing to participate in the study 2. Those who have previously taken a childbirth education class during this pregnancy will be excluded 3. Expectant mothers with moderate and high-risk pregnancies, such as those with diabetes, hypertension, or pre-eclampsia 4. Women who use medications for a diagnosed mental disorder (e.g., antidepressants, anti-anxiety, or anti-psychotic drugs) 5. Women experiencing a perinatal death (e.g., congenital abnormalities incompatible with life) stillbirth, or postpartum complications (bleeding, puerperal infection, mastitis, thrombolytic disease, or postpartum psychiatric disorder) 6. Those who have had previous C-section or any other perineum surgeries 7. Women who have a recurrent history of miscarriages 8. Women who are presented with breech presentation in the third trimester
