Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with Parkinson disease by Physician. 2. Patients residing in Maharashtra 3. Willingness to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with neurological disorders other than Parkinson disease as stroke, Alzheimer disease. (confounding factors)
