Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. low back pain without complications

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Age group below 20 and above 65yrs. 2) Acute Backpain due to any injury. 3) Any severe illness like cardiac disorders

Reduction in lower backpain intensity utilizing Visual Analog Scale (VAS) to measure the baseline and post intervention pain levels.Timepoint: 8 Weeks

1.Improvement in flexibility 2.Enhancement in muscle strength and endurances in target area 3.Improvement in Quality of Life by administering standarized Questionnaires such as short form health survey(SF-36)Timepoint: 8 Weeks
