Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy individuals with DMFT score less then 3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects With orthodontic appliances or removable prosthesis. Subjects with salivary gland or systemic diseases. Subjects under antibiotics, probiotics supplements and xylitol products in last one month.
