Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Resident doctors who have been working in Maulana Azad Medical College and Associated Hospitals since six months or more

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Residents absent from duty for more than three months Residents who couldn’t be contacted even after three attempts
