Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patients of both sexes and age group between 3 to 45 years all socio economic classes irrespective of religion and caste will be considered pre diagnosed or recently diagnosed cases having no improvement or relief after treatment cases coming under Centor criteria or with clinical presentation of tonsillitis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: complicated cases with advanced and irreversible pathological condition. patients less then age of 3 years and more then 45 years of both sexes.
