Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: PATIENTS WHO ARE: 1.Willing to participate in the study. 2.Within the age group 18– 40. 3.Having Pre-menstrual syndrome. 4.Having regular menstrual cycle

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: PATIENTS WHO: 1.Have undergone surgery during the last 6 months. 2.Are having Gynecological disorders like polycystic ovarian disease. 3.Have history of chronic disorder. 4.Have irregular menstrual cycle due to underlying pathology. 5.Follow other interventions for premenstrual syndrome. 6.Were taking sedatives and other drugs.
