Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients fulfilling the criteria for American society of Anaesthesiologist ,physical status 1-2 BMI less than 30 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hypertension, patient who have received corticosteroids in the last 6 months,pregnancy psychiatry illness or patients suffering from intellectual disabilities History of etomidate allergy History of psychoactive drugs Neurosurgery
