Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. First time parents/ caregivers of preterm infants 2. Should be able to communicate in English/ Kannada 3. Parents/ caregivers who delivered preterm infants currently aged between 6months – 2 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Parents/ caregivers with diagnosed psychiatric illness 2. Parents/ caregivers of twins
