Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)patients of age 18-60 years 2)patients with sign and symptoms of Acute fissure in Ano. 3)patients of Acute Fissure in Ano with duration of symptoms less than 6 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)patients of chronic Fissure in Ano i.e Parikartika. 2)patients having grade 3 Anal spasm . 3)patients who developed Fissure in Ano secondary to TB,crohn,s disease,ulcerative colitis ,CA rectum or Anal canal and Malignacy will be excluded from the study. 4)patients of DM,HTN,Hepatitis B,fungal infection 5)patients of HIV AND TB. 6)patients with previous Anorectal surgery will be excluded from the study. 7)patients of Fissure in Ano with piles and fistula and patients with multiple Fissures. 8)pregnant and lactating womens. 9)patients with perianal Abcess ,Rectal prolapse and severe local sepsis will be excluded from the study.
