Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis will be based on clinical symptoms, Those having major symptoms and two or more associated symptoms will be taken for study, Participants who is willing to give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those diagnosed with structural deformity of the reproductive system or any other systemic illness Those diagnosed with gynaecological conditions like polymenorrhea, Oligomenorrhea, Metrorrhagia, Dysfunctional uterine bleeding, Fibroid uterus, Endomtriosis,PCOS Those on hormonal therapy
