Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age - 20-40 years, Unilateral or a side-dominant headache without side shift Had at least one episode of cervicogenic Heachaches in previous 3 months. Positive flexion-rotation test and restriction greater than 10°

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A headache not of cervical origin. Physiotherapy or chiropractic treatment in the past 3 months for the same problem A headache with autonomic involvement, dizziness, or visual disturbance. Congenital conditions of the cervical spine. Contraindication to manual therapy. Inability to tolerate the flexion-rotation test Unwilling to participate in the study Any allergies to Kinesotaping
