Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All female patients undergoing MRI for clinical suspicion of pelvic mass or inconclusive ultrasonographic findings.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All patients with history of abdominal trauma Patients with operative history of malignant pelvic mass Pregnant patients Patients with metallic implants, pacemaker/cochlear implant Patients with claustrophobia/any other psychiatric abnormality Uncooperative patients

Measure	Time frame
To detect pelvic masses in females and diagnose them as benign or malignant and estimate the local spread in adjacent pelvic cavity if the mass is malignantTimepoint: 2 years	—

Secondary

Measure	Time frame
Observing the shape, size & composition with enhancement pattern of the mass on MRI & locating the anatomic origin of the mass for further management.Timepoint: 2 years	—
