Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Able to understand Malayalam or English 2 Able to walk, stand and move both their upper and lower limbs without the use of any supportive devices

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Any serious psychiatric illnesses 2 Severe sensory deficits like loss of vision & hearing disability 3 Less than 3 months of stay in the old age home 4 Practiced any form of complementary and/or alternative therapy
