Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) More than or equal to 55 years of age 2) Either gender 3) Residing in long-term care settings.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Critically ill/ Terminally ill/ Active infection; Bed-bound /Wheelchair-bound; Acute onset (less than 30 days) of cardiorespiratory/ orthopedics/ neurological/ renal disease.
