Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: People who are likely to fall and sustain injury.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not giving consent. already sustained fall.

MeasureTime frame
Prevent fall in 60 years above age group. Timepoint: After 3 months of Intervention of Balance Training,Eye check up,Medical Review ,Home enviroment assessment and other associated illness(if any)

MeasureTime frame
Number of participants leading a better quality of life.Timepoint: 1 and half months
