Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American society of Anaesthesiologists physical status 1,2 and 3 patients undergoing elective thoro-lumbar procedure lasting for 3-6 hours under general anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusal to consent for proposed study BMI more than 30 kg/m2 Hypersensitivity to study drug Hepatobiliary disorders/Chronic alcoholism/Neuromuscular disorders
