Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women - 28th week of gestation who can read and understand both English and Kannada

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: High risk pregnancy such as pre-eclampsia pre-existing psychiatric disorder any deformities which can affect their physical function
