Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female students with age group between 13 to 17 years Female students who have active menstruation from at least past 1 year School going females with symptoms dysmenorrhea

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Female students who had any psychological condition Females receiving any pharmacological drugs such as hormonal therapy Adolescent girls who had undergone any history of gynecological surgery Uncooperated Students
