Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Stable patients diagnosed as COPD with infection by post-bronchodilator spirometry FEV1/ FVC Patients exposed to smoke

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Hemodynamically unstable patients (Hypoxia and hypercapnia) 2) Clinically relevant bronchial asthma 3) Receiving oxygen therapy 4) A history of lung resection 5) A history of exacerbation within three months 6) Aerobic capacity extremely suppressed by other diseases (including neuromuscular disease, bone and joint disease, active malignant disease, myocardial infarction, etc.) 7) Decreased cognitive function 8) Received structured pulmonary rehabilitation program
