Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)male and female both healthy individuals of age group of 18 years to 25 years 2)subject who are using smartphone since 3 years for 36 hour per week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)individuals having any neurological and musculoskeletal conditions 2)subjects having cervical spondylosis,pots spine,hump bug etc
