Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients aged =18 years who are fulfilling 2010 ACR-EULAR classification criteria for RA. 2. Patients having low disease activity as per DAS28 criteria. 3. Patients treated with DMARD for at least 3 months with stable conditions. 4. Patients who will give consent for inclusion in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Trauma history, local abscess, septic arthritis, patients on opioids analgesics, malignancy, pregnancy, HCV, HBV infected patients, blood disorders (coagulopathy, thrombocytopenia), and patients with previous intra-articular injection of steroid or PRP (within past 6 months).
