Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Uncomplicated Pregnancy Gravida with full term pregnancy Singleton pregnancy ASA Grade 1 and 2 Hb More than 10gm/dl Height 150-160cm FHS 120-160/min

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal to the study. Multifetal pregnancy i.e. twins, triplet etc. ASA grade III and above Any drug or fluid allergy Any contraindications to SAB Fetal distress Pre-eclampsia
