Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To compare the total amount of propofol used in Eleveld+Opioid model and Schnider model.Timepoint: baseline, immediately after induction, minute 1,2,3,4,5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 60, 90, 120, 150, 180, 210, 240 from induction

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To compare the time for the loss of eye-lash reflex & for the loss of verbal response. To compare the time to achieve the desired effect site concentration. To compare the time to reach the BIS level of 50. To compare the intraoperative hemodynamics. To compare the intraoperative brain relaxation. To compare the recovery characteristics Timepoint: baseline, immediately after induction, Minute 1, 2, 3,4,5,10,15, 20, 25, 30, 60, 90, 120, 150, 180, 210, 240 from induction
