Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: cardiovascular disease includes conditions such as high blood pressure, atherosclerosis, coronary heart disease, angina, stroke, acute coronary syndrome, chronic heart failure and other less prevalent conditions with diabetes mellitus who are admitted to inpatient and outpatient department.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patients who are unconsious, unresponsive, comatose, pregnant and lactating womens are excuded from the study.
