Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Couples who are undergoing intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) procedure.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Couples who have opted for In-Vito fertilization (IVF) and undergoing TESE ICSI.

From this study we expect to devise a new parameter for selection of genetically intact spermatozoa during Intracytoplasmic sperm injection as well as to understand the influence of different sperm motility patterns towards embryo developmental competence.Timepoint: 1 year
