Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Voluntary control of grade 3 or 4 for upper extremity and voluntary control of grade 3 or 4 for hand. 2.Subacute /Chronic stroke survivors with middle cerebral artery affection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Reflex sympathetic dystrophy of affected upper extremity 2.Shoulder dislocation /subluxation of affected upper extremity 3.Recent shoulder pathology of affected upper extremity
