Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Full term pregnancy Singleton pregnancy No fetal distress ASA 1,2 for LSCS under spinal anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Contradiction to spinal anaesthesia Prolonged pregnancy Pregnancy induced hypertension, preeclampsia Pre-existing hypotension Cardiovascular diseases Placental abnormalities Multiple pregnancy Morbid obesity Fetal abnormalities Parturient refusal

MeasureTime frame
To measure the association of the transverse diameter and peak velocity of RCFV and incidence of post spinal hypotension during cesarean sectionTimepoint: 1. Peak velocity and transverse diameter will be measured 15 mins before induction of spinal anaesthesia

MeasureTime frame
1.To measure or identify other parameters associated with hypotension (BMI, Gestational age, amniotic fluid index), neonatal weight, etc influencing the development of hypotension Total dose of vasoactive drugs administration in case of hypotension 2.Total amount of fluid infused before deliveryTimepoint: 1.from induction of spinal anaesthesia till the time of hypotension 2.from induction of spinal anaesthesia till the correction of post spinal hypotension.
