Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age group greater than or equal to 18 years and less than or equal to 40 years Married and unmarried females Patients having 1 or more symptoms below for at least 4 consecutive months Delayed menses (cycle of more than 35 days) Absent menses (no menstrual bleeding for at least 4 months) Scanty menses (duration of menstrual flow 2 days or less ) Patients suitable for Basti procedure
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy Lactational amenorrhoea Congenital defect in genital tract Polycystic Ovarian Disease Primary amenorrhoea Known case of active malignant disease Patients having active inflammatory disease. e.g. Acute PID, STD like HIV, VDRL, HBsAg, HCV and TORCH positive. Chronic systemic disease like uncontrolled Hypertension (Systolic BP more than 160mmHgandDiastolic BP more than 100mmHg), uncontrolled DM (RBS more than 160mg/dl) Patients not willing to participate in the study.
