Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Planned surgeries of either sex 2.Patients aged 18 to 60 years 3.ASA Grade I,II, 4.Undergoing elective laparoscopic surgeries under general anaesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient refusal. 2.ASA 3 and 4. 3.Patients with other lung and cardiac pathologies. 4.Patients with hypertension, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, systemic infection,,history of malignancy, history of alcohol or drug abuse. 5.Patient with a history of allergy to pregabalin.
