Intervention1: Group A (intervention)- Lumbar SNAGs along with Core Strengthening exercises only: Both the treatment will be given for 20-25 minutes with progression of Lumbar SNAGS with Core Strength

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with age 18-40 2.Males and Females 3.with more than 17.8 Degree of Lordotic angle on flexible ruler. 4.With and Without Pain back Pain 5. Postural Back Pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects who are Obese 2.Pregnant Women 3.Any other Musculoskeletal disorders with pain and radiation to the lower limbs 4.Acute inflammatory disorders of lumbar spine 5 Any underlying pathology or surgery in and around the lower body leading to pain 6 History of severe back injury such as fracture or disk herniation 7. Any Knee Related Injury

Flexible ruler to assess Lumbar lordosis. Multidirectional Reach Test assess postural stability.Timepoint: At baseline and 6 weeks post treatment
