Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 â?? 60 yrs. Patients who under went Open Haemorrhoidectomy under LA having complaint of pain upto 0-7 as per visual analogue scale

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Closed Haemorrhoidectomy Sensitivity to drug Post operative complication such as infection , secondary bleeding , fissure in ano, incontinence of urine, urinary tract infection ,fecal incontinence , anal stricture

Using Yashtimadhvadi Gudavarti, there has been an overall reduction in post-operative anorectal pain. In the five days following surgery, patients will undergo daily assessments for pain using the Visual Analogue Scale, tenderness using the Soft Tissue Tenderness Grading System, and sphincter tone using the Digital Rectal Examination Scoring System for Resting Pressure and Squeeze Pressure.Timepoint: Time frame for assessment (Day of presentation â?? 1st day, 2nd day ,3 rd day , 4th day, 5th day) (Operative day will be count as 1st day)	—

The level of patient satisfaction (Will be assessed using patients satisfaction questionnaire proforma) 1. Do you feel any discomfort while inserting Yashtimadhvadi Gudavarti ? 2. Do you feel any type of pain at anal region while inserting Yashtimadhvadi Gudavarti ? 3.Does your gases passed off through anus when Yashtimadhvadi Gudavarti in your anus ? 4. After how much time ,your post operative pain starts decreasing ? 5.Does you feel any complication like BPA , constipation , diarrhoea , incontinence of urine after inserting Yashtimadhvadi Gudavarti ?Timepoint: Time frame for assessment (Day of level of patient satisfaction â?? 1st day, 2nd day ,3 rd day , 4th day, 5th day) (Operative day will be count as 1st day)	—
