Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individual willing for trial having BMI more than 25 kg/m² with age ranging between 18 to 40 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individual below 18 and above 40 years, Those who have any associated chronic ailments like Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, Alcoholic liver disease, Chronic Peptic Ulcer, Hemorrhoids, Fistula, Fissure etc, Any secondary causes of Obesity such as Endocrine disorders (Cushing Syndrome, Hypothyroidism) Drug induced etc and Pregnant and Lactating women, ,Women during Menstrual Phase.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction in weight,BMI, Waist and Hip circumference and waist hip ratioTimepoint: 21 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction in symptoms associated with Obesity such as shortness of breath, joint pain, excessive hunger and thirst, lassitude, sweating and excessive sleepTimepoint: Follow up after 21 days and then after 2 months of completion of trial
