Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient undergoing endoscopic procedures under anesthesia; American Society of Anesthesiologist Physical Status Grade I-IV
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient with known allergy to drug to be injected, uncontrolled hypertension, pregnancy, Diabetic patient with HbA1c more than 10, high cardiac risk
