Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient undergoing endoscopic procedures under anesthesia; American Society of Anesthesiologist Physical Status Grade I-IV

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with known allergy to drug to be injected, uncontrolled hypertension, pregnancy, Diabetic patient with HbA1c more than 10, high cardiac risk

Analgesic and sedative use of combination of Ketamine plus Etomidate and Ketamine plus Dexmedetomidine in Upper GI ScopiesTimepoint: At the time of commencement of procedure then at every 5 minutes till 45 minutes or till the patient recovers from the anaesthesia whichever is longer
