Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 65 or above of either sex. Patients posted for lower limb orthopedic surgeries under spinal anesthesia. American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status grade II,III
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients refusal to participate. Refusal for spinal anesthesia. Contraindication to spinal anesthesia. Allergy to local anesthetic drug which used in this study. Ejection fraction less than 40%
