Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with allergic rhinitis prescribed with Bilastine + Montelukast and Fexofenadine + Montelukast based on their Total Nasal Symptom Scores in Pulomonary outpatient department were included in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lactating women, and patients with cognitive impairment were excluded from the study

| This study gives an overview of the most cost-effective drug among Bilastine+Montelukast and Fexofenadine+Montelukast tablets to evaluate cost variation in patients with allergic rhinitis. It is used to determine treatment differences among different drugs of the same class. This information will be useful for physicians to select cost-effective medicine and enable rationalized drug therapy.
