Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Stroke patients more than 1 month less than 6 months of onset. Patients with trunk impairment score between [0-7] A score of a mini-mental state examination scale of =24 points

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent rib fractures Patients with a history of cardiovascular impairments Patients with recent surgeries. Chronic lung diseases
