Inclusion criteria: Primary Hypertension diagnosed by the Physician On antihypertensive medication

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy Patient present with any cardiac, chronic kidney disease, stroke within past year, orthopaedic problem & respiratory problem Patient on beta-blocker
