Health Condition 1: E119- Type 2 diabetes mellitus without complications

Interventions

Intervention1: Brisk walking, Surya namaskar: Surya namaskar-subjects will receive surya namaskar for RPE 5 to 7 for 5 days per week for 30 mins with 10 mins of warmup and cool down period for 6 weeks

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed as type 2 diabetic for more than 1 year. 2.On oral hypoglycemic drugs. 3.Post prandial glucose more than 200mmhg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Post prandial glucose more than 300mmhg. 2.severe musculoskeletal problem limiting physical activity. 3.symptoms of angina pectoris or diagnosed of cardiovascular disease( chest pain on physical strain) 4.systolic or diastolic blood pressure more than 160 or more than 100mmhg respectively.
