Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with depressive symptoms according to ICD 10 Patients with other comorbid diseases presenting depression symptoms Patients who give their consent for the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases with advanced pathological condition and which need surgical intervention or in need for Electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) Pregnant females and lactating females will be excluded Patient unwilling to give consent

Assess the effectiveness of Individualised homoeopathic medicines in managing Depression among Geriatic population Timepoint: The Outcome is assessed from the Baseline to the Score at the 4th and 8th weeks assessment of GDS scale at the 4th and respectively 8th weeks mark administer the GDS questionnaire again to the same group of older adults who were initially assessed at baseline by comparing their score from the baseline assessment to the score at 4th and 8th weeks
