Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with Interdental Clinical attachment loss of = 5mm, Probing depth =6mm and with moderate ridge defects 2) Patients with horizontal/vertical bone loss with bone loss extending to middle third of the root or beyond 3) 30 undergraduate students, 30 postgraduate students and 30 faculty members

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who underwent oral prophylaxis in last 3 months. 2) Pregnant and lactating women. 3) Patients with uncontrolled systemic diseases
