Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants who are willing to participate. The study covers participants aged 20 to 40 years. Participants with a confirmatory diagnosis of myofascial trigger points using the palpatory method with tenderness grading 2 and 3. Visual analog scale of more than 3.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with Neurological disorders, radiculopathy, fibromyalgia, Joint disorders, and fractures. Participants undergoing medications for the same. Obese subjects where BMI greater than or equal to 27.5 kg per meter square
