Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The study will include students of physiotherapy course. 2. The study will include students who consistently sits for five to six hours throughout the day. 3. The study will include students who do not engage in regular physical activity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The study will not include students who had chronic systemic illness. 2. Any previous history of injury to hand, cervical spine due to Road Traffic Accident (Traumatic Injury), Non-Traumatic Injury.
