Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects fulfill the Rome ? diagnostic criteria (for IBS-D) 1.Subjects between 18-50 years of age. 2.Subjects of either gender. 3.Subjects who sign the written consent form and agree for follow up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed cases of HTN, DM, Malignancy, Cerebrovascular disease, PVD, Renal disease, Liver disease. 2.Diagnosed cases of IBD, Peptic ulcer disease, Intestinal tuberculosis. 3.Hb less than 9 gm/dl, AST, ALT greater than120 IU/L, S. creatinine greater than1.5 mg/dl, occult blood in stool. 4.Pregnancy and lactation. 5.Red flags sign
