Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sub-elite level field hockey players (training experience 7-11 years) Elite field hockey players (training experience 10-14 years)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Athletes with low back pain. 2. Athletes with acute or sub-acute lower extremity injuries. 3. Athletes with any medical condition. 4. Athletes already performing the exercise in the protocol.
