Inclusion criteria: give consent or assent for research a patient who using topical drops will be eligible for inclusion after washout period of two weeks patient diagnose with otomycosis with the help of co guide and portable otoscope

Exclusion criteria: patient taking treatment for hypertension and diabetes mellitus patient with perforated tympanic membrane patient suffering from chronic suppurative otitis media malignant otitis externa
