Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) patients with traumatic spinal cord injury and neurogenic bladder 2) patients willing to give valid and written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patients who are on antibiotic during study 2) patients who are admitted in ICU 3) Patients with medical and surgical condition which adversely affect the the protocol of study like T2DM, urethral structure, previous urolithiasis or renal surgery 4) patients participating in study other than this

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1) Asymptomatic bacteriuria and symptomatic UTI 2) Etiology agents and their antibiotic susceptibility pattern 3) bacterial colony countTimepoint: collection of urine sample is done at anytime for chronic patient and for acute patient after 2 weeks

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Bacterial colony countTimepoint: samples are collected & send within 6 hours & reporting of culture & sensitivity after 5 days
